Jess started Whole Health Osteo in 2017 and we now have an exceptional team of talented practitioners to help you manage your pain. 

Dr Olivia (osteopath) is a compassionate osteopath who graduated from RMIT University with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Osteopathy) and a Bachelor of Health Science. Dr Olivia (osteopath) also completed a 6-month internship at Whole Health Osteopathy, being mentored by Jess.

Olivia's journey into the field began at a young age when she played doctors with her sister, developing an interest in health and a dream of helping others.

After experiencing her own health challenges, Dr Olivia (osteopath) witnessed the magic of osteopathy on her well-being and diverted from Nursing to pursue a career in osteopathy.

​

Passionate about inclusive care, Olivia is committed to creating a judgment-free and honest space for her patients on their health journey.

She believes in the power of patient education, striving to empower individuals to understand their health and provide support. Dr Olivia (osteopath) is dedicated to developing realistic and viable treatment plans that extend beyond the clinic, supporting her patients at home and into the future.

​Olivia utilises shockwave therapy, dry needling and myofascial cupping, alongside traditional osteopathic methods such as articulation and HVLA.

Outside of the clinic, Olivia enjoys going to the beach and purchasing plane tickets she cannot afford!

Dr Jacqui (osteopath) graduated as an osteopath from RMIT in 2023 following a 6-month internship at Whole Health Osteopathy being mentored by Dr Jess (osteopath).

​

Jacqui was introduced to the world of Osteopathy from a young age.

​

"Being involved in competitive dance for over 10 years, I sustained many injuries and Osteopathy holistically helped with treatments and recovery. Now I am eager to help others who are going through the same experience."

Dr Jacqui (osteopath) has a special interest in the treatment and management of:

• Other chronic pain conditions.

• Exercise rehabilitation.

Dr Jacqui (osteopath) believes a combination of manual therapy and at-home management is crucial in promoting the body’s self-healing mechanisms.

In her free time, she enjoys the outdoors (fishing, snorkelling, bike riding), pilates, and spending time with family and friends.

Kirsty has over 20 years of experience in the field, with a special interest in Osteopathy in the Cranial Field and the Rule of the Artery.

Dr Kirsty (osteopath) is a PhD candidate and in 2023 she had her article on Osteopathy for breastfeeding infants published in the International Journal of Osteopathy.

Kirsty recently achieved her title as an Advanced Paediatric Osteopath through the Osteopathy Australia Advanced and Extended Practitioner Recognition Program.

Kirsty is joining our team to work with adults, infants and everything in between! She is particularly focused on complex conditions and will be working very closely with our Headache and Migraine Clinic.

Kirsty will be available for appointments on Monday and Tuesday and she also works from her home in St Andrews where she services her human clients AND her equine and canine friends!

Dr Joel is a registered Osteopath, completing his double degree in Bachelor of Health Science and Bachelor of Applied Science (Osteopathy) at RMIT University.

Dr Joel (osteopath) has grown up an avid sports fan, playing football, cricket and basketball which naturally led him to discover Osteopathy as a means of treating and managing his own injuries. 

The holistic nature of osteopathy really resonated with Joel, and he is passionate about implementing those values in his treatments.

In his consultations, Joel employs a structural and active approach, utilising a combination of hands-on and movement-based management strategies to help get the best out of his treatments.

Dr Joel (osteopath) also has a background in trade and landscaping, so he is personally aware of the physical intensity that these industries present. 

Melissa is a dedicated Remedial Massage Therapist with extra training in manual lymphatic drainage, pregnancy, prenatal, and postnatal massage. ​

​

Her expertise in manual lymphatic drainage makes her an excellent choice for individuals seeking to reduce swelling, improve circulation, or recover from surgery. This gentle and highly effective technique promotes detoxification and enhances the body’s natural healing processes.

As a Level 2 Allied Health Assistant and history as a personal trainer, Melissa brings a comprehensive approach to her practice. She integrates therapeutic massage with rehabilitation exercises and fitness guidance, offering her clients a well-rounded path to recovery and wellness.

Sumbal is a confident and dedicated physiotherapist with a clinical focus on Musculoskeletal Conditions.

Sumbal knows that communication is an integral part of the client-therapist relationship as the client knows their body best.

By taking the time to listen, she provides her clients with exactly what they need to make a good recovery.

Sumbal enjoys meeting people and gets great satisfaction when they walk out of her door feeling better.

She is committed to educating and empowering patients about their physical condition and promoting a healthy lifestyle. She is motivated to empower people to stay active and make positive changes in their lives.

Sumbal takes a holistic approach to patient care by focusing heavily on hands-on therapy using manual therapy techniques, electrotherapy and pain-free exercises and rehabilitation to produce effective results.
