KNEE AND LEGS

knee and leg pain

Knee pain is one of the most common complaints, affecting people of all ages and lifestyles. Whether it’s a sports injury or arthritis, knee pain can take a toll on your confidence and mobility.

The knee is a complex structure made up of bones, ligaments, tendons, cartilage, muscles, and bursae, meaning there are many factors that can contribute to dysfunction.

Our physiotherapists will work with you to determine the cause of your pain through a detailed case history and physical assessment. If needed, further imaging can provide additional insights.

Most importantly, your physiotherapist will guide you in improving the mechanics of your pelvis, knee, and ankle to enhance movement, reduce pain, and restore your confidence. Together, we’ll help you move with ease and comfort again.
