You MUST have private health insurance with EXTRAS cover eligible for a rebate with PHYSIOTHERAPY.

Exclusions
This offer is not redeemable for appointments made with any of our osteopaths, remedial massage therapists or any other modality apart from Physiotherapy.
Booking Deadline
Appointments must be booked on or before 01/03/2025 to qualify for this special offer.
Private Health Insurance
Private health insurance rebates are available for eligible services. Patients are responsible for confirming their coverage and claiming directly with their provider.
Consultation Details
Each consultation includes a detailed medical history, a comprehensive assessment, and, if deemed safe and appropriate, a treatment will be provided during the appointment.
Payment Policy
Payment is required in full at the time of service. For missed or no-show appointments, payment must be made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time. A cancellation or rescheduling fee may apply if the appointment is changed within 24 hours of the original booking.
