How Much Time in my Day do I Need to Dedicate to Rehab Exercises?

People think that they need to have pages and pages of exercises and stretches to get their money’s worth, but how often does that piece of paper (or small novel) get thrown into the “deal with it later pile”, so how much time is my day do you really need to dedicate to rehab exercises??

How Much Time in my Day do I Need to Dedicate to Rehab Exercises

In my experience, almost always! People are notoriously non-compliant, and I know this, because I am terrible at following my exercises, stretches and strengthening programs, plus I work with people every day!

So, with this in mind, how much time in your day you need dedicate to rehab exercises will vary, but I like to give people exercises and strength programs that can slot into their day. Things you can do while you’re at a red light, at your desk, in the shower. Less is more. You don’t have to do five different glute exercises to get bum activation happening.

You CAN get your bum muscles switching on with regular bum cheek squeezes… and hey, you can do that anywhere. Less is more because when it’s less, you will do it MORE!

What I do is add simplified rehab techniques to your toolbox, and educate you as to why they will benefit you, so you spend less time with me, and more time doing things that you love, pain-free!
