Soft Tissue Therapies

Melissa Doran

Melissa Doran is a dedicated Remedial Massage Therapist with extra training in manual lymphatic drainage, pregnancy, prenatal, and postnatal massage. With a holistic approach to health and wellness, Melissa focuses on delivering personalised treatments that address each client's unique needs, helping them achieve balance, recovery, and long-term well-being.

Her expertise in manual lymphatic drainage makes her an excellent choice for individuals seeking to reduce swelling, improve circulation, or recover from surgery. This gentle and highly effective technique promotes detoxification and enhances the body’s natural healing processes.

Melissa is also passionate about supporting women through the transformative stages of pregnancy and motherhood. Her training in prenatal and postnatal massage allows her to provide nurturing care tailored to the physical demands of pregnancy and the postpartum period, helping to ease tension, reduce discomfort, and promote recovery.

As a Level 2 Allied Health Assistant and history as a personal trainer, Melissa brings a comprehensive approach to her practice. She integrates therapeutic massage with rehabilitation exercises and fitness guidance, offering her clients a well-rounded path to recovery and wellness.

Melissa is committed to helping her clients feel their best through pain relief, rehabilitation, or overall health maintenance. Her warm, compassionate care makes her an invaluable part of the Whole Health Osteopathy team.
